04 / BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE
I KNOW WHAT LOST FEELS LIKE.
I spent most of my life overweight. I remember trying, starting over, and still not knowing what to change.
I built CREED to put useful tools in your hands. Use it on your own. If you want my eyes on your progress, my feedback and help making decisions, that’s where coaching starts.
App access is free for now, with no payment details required. Personal coaching is optional and paid. You can use the free tools without becoming a coaching client.
Can I put it on my phone?+
Yes. Open CREED in your browser and add it to your home screen. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser’s Install app or Add to Home screen option. It’s a web app; App Store and Google Play versions aren’t available yet.
Can I use my own workouts?+
Yes. Create your own exercises, attach demonstration links, log your sets and build personal routines. Free members can manage their own schedule. If you’re coached, your personal library stays separate from the plan Obyn assigns.
What if I train at home?+
There’s a dumbbell-based home program, plus exercise alternatives in starter programs. You can also create exercises for your own equipment. Choose a substitution you can perform comfortably and safely.
Do all exercises have videos?+
Exercises can include demonstration videos and alternatives. Videos appear where a link has been attached; the starter library is still being filled in. You can add your own YouTube links to custom exercises.
What happens to my existing account?+
CREED is being prepared to use the same account system as the Obyn Creed app. Once the new domain is activated, sign in again with your existing details. Your saved history stays with your account.
